The Thick of it!

Just had a busy day early lectures, having lunch with my grandma at Strada along down by the south bank for her birthday and then did a trudge around tesco, finishing it off with working on Nucleotide Excision Repair process....

Though I got quickly bored of this and so went hunting around bbc iplayer and found the most entertaining programme in a while....The Thick Of it. Into its third series now, with a new MP taking over as state secretary previous series I have enjoyed previous episodes in parts never got into it as a series there was almost a lack of material. This first episode was absolutely amazing, and reached a crescendo with the I AM BENT poster...you wait to see it.

It was superb from start to finish because I think now with how badly the MP's have screwed it up so much for themselves it has enabled the writers of this show to just easily pen away hilarious scenarios from start to finish. It was one of those rare programmes where you really laugh and don't just think its funny! (thinking of endless friends episodes not downing them, but we must admit we watch them for comfort more than anything). This intelligent and witty comedy deserves a bigger audience than it has done being out on the BBC's digital channels and with its move to BBC 2 brought in 1.1 million viewers last weekend at 10 past 10 on saturday night. So once you guys have been able to sit back and listen to the x factor hopefuls try and try again...you can't stimulate your mind and laugh at this brilliant comedy.

Watch it BBC 2 10:10pm Saturday night!!! (I can't wait that is at least if i'm not out in soho or getting drunk some other random place?) If you are to catch it on BBC iplayer

Must update more often! Whitney Houston is back, loving X factor and need to start studying!

Well my life has descended into socialising chaos seeing different groups of mates all the fucking time!

It's insane, but nice and I really shouldn't complain. My love life is just well a mess to be quite frank, I do like this guy but I feel like its all being pushed upon me. I dunno sometimes I panic about getting into another relationship especially after not long being out of probably the most important one so far. He is a brilliant guy and I do care for him just unsure. I really don't want to annoy him, this weekend was amazing with him but hmmm things weren't all correct. lol. Though hopefully now I have thought about him a lot the past couple of days. Really do want to give it my all now.

Aside from that X factor has been brilliant, I am so glad Rachel Adedeji came through this week her performance of proud mary was fantastic and miss frank did not deserve to go at all it was shocking and criminal. They could of gone onto to do so many great performances, those twins have to go soon its a joke and embarrassing to the rest of the performers!

Whitneys album by the way is brilliant my fave tracks are I didn't know my own strength, call you tonight, nothing but love and million dollar bill. (oh and also quite like for the lovers) I just love the album full stop! Go get it so worth it!

must update more often will try to again tommorow...

X factor - Danyl Johnson is Gay! So Why the lyric change?

When Dannii Minogue said "maybe you didn't need to change the lyrics" after Danyl Johnsons performance of "and i am telling you" changing the words from a man to a girl to suite the fact he is a man after saying what a great performance it was!

I don't get this backclash against Dannii because tbh why in the hell did he change the lyrics anyway .... he's gay! why should he of changed the lyrics - to appeal to a female fan base as simon cowell wanted him to do!

HE IS A GREAT PERFORMER!!! HE HAS A LOT OF TALENT!!! so WHY? should he hide his sexuality AT ALL!!!

it's so infuriating to me, its not like he can deny it really he's performed in Ku Bar in soho...and everyone in London knows he's gay so where's the problem (sorry bisexual).

Dannii was perhaps a little silly when adding do you believe it? at the end of the day who gives a shit, ONLY THING IS WHY THE HELL DID HE CHANGE THE WORDS IN THE FIRST PLACE?

The reason - a straight male is more attractive to female viewers and Simon wants to win, is why? (well I believe so anyway) and Dannii i think was trying to point this out, as if Minogue was homophobic her whole fan base is gay please....people need to grow up - Simon included!

The End of The Sugababes!

Well I guess everyone has heard!

Keisha Buchanan was forced out of the Sugababes, now I was reading an article by the guardian how it is the end of the sugababes and i did think well perhaps not because lets be honest they didn't really strike mass popularity until heidi range joined. Though after considering it, I do believe it is. They have survived a generation from the death of the spice girls through battling atomic kitten and won that match with ease surviving the pop cull of the early 00's seeing s club 7 and steps and so became britains most succesful girl band and one of the biggest pop acts of the 21st Century even in my view out pushing Girls aloud!

When Amelle Berrabah came in to replace Mutya Buena, many thought it wouldn't be long before the end but they soldiered with after releasing the greatest hits on and continued to have a massive hit about you now launching them back at the top of british pop. The link though with them still being the Sugababes seeming rather tenous, and keisha was really the final bridge to those innocent teenage beginning in 1998, and their first hits such as overload. Though it was Amelle who was speculated to leave the multi platinum girl band, after her number 1 hit with tinchy stryder, then ofcourse Keisha was forced out, the reasons still are not clear but the effect
as Mutya said on her twitter page "It all started so innocently ...a love for music and a
dream...look what its become RIP x"

I think really sums it up it has become a farse especially with the choice of replacement the tribute act to leona lewis that was our eurovision entrant this year *refuse to say her name she's supposed to be Keishas' friend*. I find it incredibly difficult to see her working within that sound of the sugababes, she is slightly odd looking and though can not argue witht the fact she can sing, it is hard to see where she fits into the market. Not strong enough in attitude and voice to be a solo act ( evidence being her last song and video! which I will not link its rubbish) , and awkward to be part of a group. So I think it is the end of the babes! well at least as we know them...

I feel so sorry for keisha who recently broke down in tears in public at the Fashion London week party, it is awful for a girl who has matured into a wonderful woman with the group. My heart goes out to her who has worked hard to keep the Sugababes ship steady for the past ten years, I hope the Sugababes fall in to that black hole of forgotten about pop acts, and Keisha comes out with a powerful debut album, and puts two fingers up to the group who failed to support her especially Heidi...

For all the best news on it i suggest you keep your eyes on twitter
heidi and amelle have gone quiet surprise surprise!

and I refuse to advertise that girl who replaced keisha - who was according to the press her friend and did nothing to warn her!

Update!

Update!

Well I've been back and forward from london moved into my new flat and been locked in twice, to great amusement to my mates! I had a absoltuely fab night out with Rosie a great mate who I met out in South Africa this summer, both of us sort of live in London. I ended up showing her the delights of a gay night out in Londinium! Finishing the night off in Heaven which was fairly eventful for the both of us hahaha ....................say no more

Then two nights ago I headed home, had a great night out back in Swindon town, with mates from school was really fun to catch up havn't done that in such a long time. I am absolutley itching now though to get back to the city but money is a little bit of a worry well isn't it always! So I am at my parents now, home (ish), for another couple of days.

Other than that in the news US Open a Williams sister did not win, but one certainly grabbed the headlines! A awful foot fault decision from my view by a line official, sent Serena serving to stay in the match go skitz. Who can blame her really it was a dreadful moment to do such a thing when even if it was I've seen many not ignored throughout this grand slam and many many others! The timing was atrocious and Serena wasn't even guilty of anything. I also think for Kim it wasn't a nice experience. It meant Serena was defaulted the point and the match...In entertainment at the vma's Kanye West also and a head rush moment and in the middle of Taylor Swift speaking, claimed that Beyonce had a better video....

TO EVERYONES HORROR! well it all makes for great headlines for MTV!

Other than that I'll honestly try and post more often and don't forget you see my minifeed at my twitter page www.twitter.com/davidjohnbrewer

Beverley Knights New Album 100%

Juts bought it this morning and had to make a post about it separate i decided because it is a phenomenal album!!! The album is a fanastic mix of classic soul contemporary rnb and power ballads. The writing is possibly the best part of the album, its clever intuitive and beleivable as she writes from personal experience and it really comes across as 100% hers!

My favourite tracks are Breakout, 100%, soul survivor, turned to stone and square peg, the last being for me one of the most intelligent and careful piece of writing. The emotions are truely expressed by her fantastic true and very clean voice!!!

I hope to soul survivor as a released track it is unbeleiveably good!!

Love you BEVERLEY KNIGHT!!!

Upset about US Open and the Release of Beveley Knights New Album 100%

Venus Williams lost 6-0 0-6 6-4 to Kim Clijsters yesterday it was deeply upsetting for me I am a huge fan of hers and she had opportunities to break back but it was sad and a brave fight from venus when her tennis wasn't always there!

I just hope she picks herself up stronger and ready to fight again!!! In other tennis news on the womans side top seeds have fallen like pawns on a chess board! Serena is the only top 5 player left
Wozniacki and Pennetta the only other top 10 players left. With only 4 seeds left. It is honestly the most open a womans US Open field has probably ever been. On the top half none of the 4 have made the last 8 or further at a slam. Oudin for me has been the stand out player knocking out Dementieva, Sharapova and then yesterday Petrova - the russian killer! Serena looks to be the one for the womans title!

On the mens side the six big names remain minus one Andy Roddick, who suffered a hard lost to Isner in a five set battle losing 7-6 in the fifth. Other than that Roger seems to be on cruise and Djockovic waltzed pass Stepanek. Nadal who is underplaying his knee troubles and Murray play for quarter final spots against Monfils and Cilic respectively very tough opponents ( and upset is possible tonight!)

Personal Update

I am also going to do a little personal post give myself an update!

So what I'm really excited because I got the keys to my new place okay okay its in stockwell i know yada yada yada what people say about south of the river and its a load of ...! because I love it down that way and its not far from Clapham and I can get into uni in 20 minutes, its just right for me and the people i'm sharing the flat share with Mark and Diego are lovely and seem very genuine! It's also a very clean a modern flat, most of all its secure which I love!

I'm also looking forward to heading back to university now, its exciting think I must start doing some reading, I really must . I'm going to look later at jobs, cv writing ang work experience very tedious and boring stuff.

I am just listening to a bit of Aretha right now and I have not done properly ever and her voice is just incredible she truely is the queen of soul.

US Open Update! The Women Start to answer their critics!

The first week is nearly over and really the big stories have been on the womens where two of the top 5 players have dropped out, and in addition to that another top 10 player Victoria Azarenka went out last night.

The players in question are Jelena Jankovic who went out to the hands of Shevedova and Elena Dementieva was beaten in a stellar match by a new american sweet heart Melanie Oudin.
Both Shevedova and Oudin proved in these matches that there is depth in womens tennis, that the top players can't just walked throuhgh to the latters stages without so much as a few warm up matches.

Melanie Oudin for me was the stand out performance, no disrespect to Shevedova but Jankovic is not quite in the same form as Dementieva, plus was on a winning streak coming into this event. On top of that Melanie Oudin suffered from a thigh injury in the match and just went for broke producing huge winners all over the court. This is also her second great performance in a Slam this year where earlier she came through qualifying to the fourth round at Wimbledon.

With Venus and Safina having to both come through three set matches, and the women have actually I think produced so far the most interesting matches so far. That maybe the Women are indeed answering their critics...?

As for the men it has started to warm up with both Murray and Nadal dropping sets moving into the last 32 , yesterday. The tournament is gathering pace and energy...I can;t wait

VENUS WILLIAMS FIGHTS!

The 2009 US Open last night had its first thriller, Venus Williams coming off a run of bad matches on tour losing the last 3 of 4 had to battle past Vera Dushevina.

Venus was broken early on in the first set at the first sit down she was 2-1, when she took a time out on a knee injury. The first set went on and on in a topsy turvy manner until they reach 6-6
where Venus lead 5-3 in the tie break. She then went to lose it 7-5, after foot faulting.

Venus, then somehow bludgened her way to a 7-5 win in the second set coming back from being a break down at 5-4 with Vera only 3 points from victory, and Williams from a humiliating defeat. She managed to find form and win the next seven games. Giving Venus a 4-0 lead in the third, the drama doesn't end there Dushevina came back to 4-3 before Venus finally after 2hours and 43 minutes came through into the second round.

In a post match interview Venus stated "She was playing very well. I had a challenge on my hands today. But I wanted to win" adding "Each good shot and each not-so good shot I put behind me"

I was totally nerved racked about this match, Venus has never lost opening encounters at the US Open and she wasn't going to start now.

I especially liked her Tweet before she went to bed.
"Gnite everyone! Success tonight depsite a few hiccups. I am going to get some rest and gear up for the next match!"

US OPEN TIME!

Well the final grand slam of the year has arrived with three displays of dominance in todays play from all No1's( former and current)

Kim - destroyed Kutosova spelt wrong probably
Roger - defeated Britton an american wildcard
Serena (probably the most difficult) dispatched Alexa Glatch!

I am thinking this may well turn out to be an unforgettable slamwith so many previous winners on the womens side! With the incredible tussle in the mens game igniting!
It is set up for fire and drama!

I really do wish I was there I am now a regular at wimbledon and have been for the last 4 years now, started at 16 going! I love wimbledon but need to experience another slam to see how they compare. I may try and nip across the channel for the french open next year but isn't easy it kind of conflicts wiht exams!

Anyway so this years US Open.

Men contenders - Federer, Murray, Djockovic, Roddick and oh yeah nadal (maybe) and not forgetting Federer oh yeah already put that.

My heart is telling me this is Murrays time, and his title to win. My head is saying Federer will walk this. With his scintilating display at Cincinnati his first American hard court Masters title in 2 years which is incredible really consideing. His form since his win in Madrid on clay has hardly dipped where his only loss has come in Canada. In this run he's gained 2 more slams surpassed Sampras' tally of Slam titles, completed the career Grand Slam and oh yeah had twin girls... it truely is testament to a man at the start of the year who we all watched in floods of tears after losing the Australian Open to his nemesis Nadal. Making this run seem so much more remarkable. Murray on the other hand has hada stella season on the ATP tour, needs this slam to establish himself in that top 4 and confirm his position. Though it won't be easy with Del Potro and Roddick in his pathway its a tough journey to the final and Federer will meet him there!

The Womens game - WILLIAMS SISTERS!
The End.

I jest nah I actually think the womens game has incredible amount of depth i just think it all is very similar and lacks variety and belief! I like Venus Williams and would love to see her pick up another US Open and end this drought outside Wimbledon at the majors! Though the smart money would have to be on Serena whos won 3 of the last 4 majors, in incredible fashion. Outside the sisters there is Kim. playing fantastic as she did today! There is Maria who is still finding a way around that shoulder injury on serve which has given her a very unpredictable and unreliable serve! Dementieva who is a very solid player, yet just doesn't really have that final punch. Outside of that there is people such as Sam Stosur who has played very well on tour with wins over Serena Williams on the US Open series. There is Azarenka who won Miami this year though it may be a year too early for her, give it another 12 month i think and she may be hitting headlines! There is the 2 serbians Jelena and Ana though they're play is not the stuff of last year though Jelena has shown a little bit of it recently. hmmmmm there is someone else im sure
whats her name, i know that Venus and Serena arn't 1 and 2...............

Oh yeah how did i forget Safina.... one word hopeless! She is mechanical and ugly to watch every point and strike seems a big effort to clunk together all the right cogs and blots. Soon she will be usurped as world number 1 but that may depend on this slam. If she can finally explode that negativity in her head then she may do it! Then we have a real number 1 and she may win some fans.

for example Safina doesn't even have a thousand twitter followers,
Serena nearly a million!

anyway good luck to my favourite players! and I am looking forward to watching it all.

Introducing VV Brown

I was so keen on blogging and have been lazy since anyway going to tell you about this black female artist in Britain called VV Brown! she is fantastic !

Though I guess this isn't an introduction has been around for the past year, releasing tracks but hasn't got as much press and airplay as she deserves.I liked her first song "crying blood" and then I thouroughly enjoyed "Shark In The Water" her newest song to be released off her debut album Travelling Like the Light, is Game over it is a hard hitting track that to me sounds as powerful and as well delivered as a Beyonce track!

This is the music video to it, and I am so impressed, with this track and using Spotify which is a great invention, (shall talk about it in a bit) I managed to listen to her album which was a mature, clever, sassy funky RnB album!

Now I have mentioned spotify I have to say something about it, it is a free download, that enables you to stream music from a large range of music. (Preety much everything about the only thing I struggle finding is Oasis ) It is a brilliant invention which is totally legal because you only stream the music like you would on youtube. You can't save it and put it on to your ipod im afraid though if your like me spends a lot of time on your laptop its worth having. You can create your own playlists and even share them with friends

Seaside Day

Hi I never got round to updating that last post but I really see no point in that now!

My posts have definitely dropped off a little bit, its just cos i have actually had a life the past few days is all.

Well I went to the bournemouth (well in fact more nearer chirstchurch, highcliffe beach) in the afternoon yesterday, and I have to say I loved it! I even went in the sea despite it not being that sunny, taking the dog down there was brilliant he couldn't get enough of it.
It was fantastic, being by the seaside again but avoiding those horrible cheesy and tacky sea fronts. In the evening went down to southbourne which has a really pleasant sea front!

Today I am so tired but the fitness must start again, so I am going to now get my self together and get running. I really want to keep it up I have had a couple of days off and need to get back on it now.

Im back!

Well its sunday morning just. I have not blogged in days..

well what have i been up to, I'm not too sure really and truely shopping friday,
night in with the family, dvd's all day saturday and got fairly drunk last night
and currently hanging.

I will expand a bit on the dvds front i watched 3.

History Boys - was a very clever and thoughtful british drama/comedy about group of "boys" trying to get themselves into oxford and cambridge. In some ways it was a love story of the affection shown in various way amongst all the characters. It was at times, despite showing NO sex scences it was if i am honest a rather arousing movie. Not in a paedophilic way they are after all by this point adults. It just takes into question the struggle of teachers to resist the temptation of abusing the boys trust, and indeed the boys curiousity.

I will finish this off later not feeling good/

A Level EXAM RESULTS!

Yes I am aware I just posted but how did I forget EXAM RESULTS DAY!

Well for me its been a year on since my results. My first choice of University, I had a place at Nottingham to study Veterinary Medicine, needless to say I didn't get in I missed out on the grades by literally the odd question here and there, and quite simply it was crap. We all know it is, and the endless list of platitudes people make don't really help, but nevertheless they are true, I can say this from experience.

At first I had a very simple quick decision about it, do I re-take my A levels and try again or look in clearing. Quite honestly for me when it came to it, I couldn't face another year of my life on A levels. So I decided to have a good look through clearing I had good grades and managed to squeeze myself onto a course at Queen Mary College, University of London! Admittedly I knew very little about the university but the course looked good (Biomedical Science) and kept my options open, aimed at grad entry into Medicine but it would suite for entry into Vet Med as well.

I hope it works out for me, but I do beleive things happen for a reason. I have thoroughly loved studying in London. The University is well known, established and respected, yet vibrant with such a varied mix of people making it such an interesting place to be. Some of my close friends are from France, Canada and even Brazil. I beleive if your one of those people in this sort of postion really go through clearing and see which Unis are offering good degree places. Phone around, look on their websites etc. Check everything out most importantly just don't stop for the next few days. If there isn't anything, really consider whether you want to resit A levels its a big commitment again, some of my friends didn't necessarily improve their results.

Anyway I think if your going through clearing right now, Queen Mary is one of the best bets, its a good University with spaces on a number of its courses. I know I am plugging my Uni eek. This is the link for its clearing list http://www.qmul.ac.uk/clearing/list.php. It is in the top ten highest graduate earners 7 i think? , its 11th in the reasearch paper and though ranks consistently just outside the top 30 Its a really great Uni in London so give it a look! Definitely look around there are many other red brick Unis offering spaces, such as Kings College, Manchester, Liverpool and many others. It's honestly not a bad idea, and with the state of the current world climate jobs are hard to find. So I either suggest re-applying and taking a year out or get a clearing place.

use this to find stats on unis
oops thats queen marys page notice how its 160 IN THE WHOLE WORLD!

i wish everyone the best in whatever they decide its not an easy time, but honestly you will love the University you end up at! You will Love it.

just another day...

Back to training again this morning, same kind of thing but did fast sprints, over a shorter stretch but more repetitions. It's feeling good, managed to squeeze it in before heading in to town earlier this morning, caught up with my ex. He was in fact my first ever boyfriend but now we are just mates really, he's quite easy to chat to and fairly relaxed. Though there really isn't much to do in swindon, so both of us headed home.

I am looking forward to heading back to the city, I say I am in London because it's where i spend most of the year at uni, and now i'm in going into my second year I will spend probs 90% of my time there. Currently at home in the cotswolds for a few weeks..YAWN!

Days are though beginning to role into just one long seemless tapestry...its all a bit boring I might blog again later though I think I might head off to badminton tonight, so maybe not....

This is honestly the dullest blog ever.....................

Rest In Peace "Big Dave".

Today was the funeral of a much loved man Dave Robertson, who's tragic story has touched many hundreds of people.

Big Dave as he was affectionately known by all his family and friends, one of his close friends being my brother, was Kingsdown crematorium, Swindon. The tragedy happened on August 7th 2009, he was visiting his fiance in hospital who was in labour at the time at this time unexpectantly died, the cause of death unknown. The story has been covered by national newspapers The Sun and The Daily Mail. I am sincerely sorry for his young family, as his wife gave birth to their son Samuel David Robertson later that day, he'd also adopted her other son.

Though I did not personally know him, I knew of him and his personality as a very happy, charming man who was liked by nearly all that met him. It is a truely sad story, and I wish all of his family the best in their greiving, but to remember that you grieve and you move on.

Reading! Why does E=MC"2"?

I have spent the late morning sitting back in the sun, enjoying this new book I just bought yesterday. " Then we Came to the End" by Joshua Ferris, its a black situational comedy of the dull and unexciting lives of office workers...loved it so far but interested to see how its going to hold my attention for another 270 pages....

It's a pleasant change from my last read, which was a non-fiction book by Brian Cox called Why does E=mc squared. ( I don't know how to find superscript on here and frankly can't be bothered). Anyway I enjoyed it till I got to about the last 100 pages...Partly I think it was because it slipped into things that I already knew quite well I studied all sciences at A level and though I wasn't the brightest in the class I managed to get the majority of what was going on. I also gained what I wanted really expected from the book when I bought it I dare say most readers will within the first 150 pages! I wanted to have a much deeper understanding of Einsteins well known theorem, and to give the book credit it more than achieved it. Very well written not too patronising and didn't over complicate it self with long and frankly useless maths to someone who is never going to use it!

The last part of the book slipped into describing quantum physics which was a lot of facts which i remembered from my Physics A level and being a biologist thats what I found easiest. Though I think if you did want a greater knowledge of Physics and where it is at the moment its a fantastic read despite skimming over some facts and only offering theories which Brian Cox agrees with but never mind. The only thing I would say is that when you read it, don't just accept it, try and read other books along similar lines which will offer other theories which might well contradict the ones in this book. Yet I am not saying he is wrong or right or that I know more than him just that I am aware there are other theories out there, and that its better to be well informed.

I have probably bored you all to death but there we go. Think I am going to get a cold juice and sit back out in the sun it's a beautiful day in the cotswolds (where my family and where I remain until uni starts again). I've decided i'm taking a day rest from strenous exercise may do some stretches later but going to soak up some Vitamin D!

Texting Infuriates me!

I find it odd sometimes, the way texting works between people, especially in relationships. I mean sometimes you get those people who text you very quickly in short snappy ways others who leave it for a while and are far more casual ( like myself to the irritation of many friends). There are those who cram everything in to one message and those people are tight gits! Though I find it frustrating when you starting out with someone, because your never sure how often to text whether you text back eagerly or just be relaxed about. There are those who say as I used to never double text which i have come to realise is ridiculous, because there are times when you need to send many texts.

I guess it depends on the situation, I just find it all rather frustrating especially when people are keen texters and then stop. You wonder why? why have i done something wrong? have they stopped having feelings for me? Or have they just mis placed their phone? Its just all such a silly game.

As you can probably guess right now I am waiting on a text! I have sent 2 texts already this evening, but i didn't reply to his text earlier because i didn't know there was anything to say? Though right now, I just want to see if he is alright? Its so stupid, it feels like most of the time each other is trying to out fox the other, hoping for more attention!

Beverley Knights New Song, Record and Label

Morning all, done my exercise for the day, I am really enjoying working on my fitness again after such a long time. It looks like its also rubbed off on my family, especially my brother
he is also on twitter http://twitter.com/_Brewer_ check him out he's a cancer survivor and though moans about me enough, is also aiming to lose the weight he gained in chemo!

Anyway today I am going to bring you Beverley Knights new single Beautiful Night, it is honestly one of my favourite releases coming up and think everyone should check it out. Her album 100% is also out on September 7th which is the first she will release from her new record label Hurricane after ended her long relationship with Parlophone records. You can also keep up to date with her and what she is up to on her twitter page http://twitter.com/Beverleyknight

Training afternoon!

Just completed a short training session
feel free to follow it
short warm up
stretches, then high knees, jumps and heel to butts!

Then a mile jog
Then 3, 200 metre sprints in succession
1st at 60% 2nd at 80% and 3rd at 100%

short jog to warm down, with stretching

I used to sprint at school and havn't done competitively since I concentrated more on badminton.
Hope to get towards sprinting fitnesss before I'm at uni and look to join the ULU athletics at battersea grounds.

then this afternoon just enjoyed the sun a bit!

Its just whether now to play badminton tonight as well? anyway The World Athletic Championships are ON NOW! get watching it!

Whitney Houstons back!

Morning all, what a lovely day just checked the weather its warm and sunny in the south most of the week. So I think if your on holiday in the north book up a hotel down by the coast or even london and explore.

First of all I want everyone who reads this to check out Whitney Houstons website, i will undoubtedly keep plugging this, but she's back and rolling!

Her single "I look to you" has already charted on the billboard top 100 out in the states, and its a true whintey ballad from the heart. Expressing how her daughter kept on encouraging her that she can make it through and come back again. The other song to be released which I think is the better of the two, is retro 80's up tempo song called "Million Dollar Bill" with a contemporary sound! I just think if you like cheesy pop( Lets face it a lot of us do when we're on the dance floor) then go get it. The album is released in the states at the end of the month. Whereas here in Britian I beleive its not until mid october.... but look out for her music videos and these singles.

So yeah get watching bbc 2 just before 5pm and support our team we are doing well we already have a gold medal thanks to hepthathlete Jess Ennis. Hi everyone, this is my opinions, my likes and dislikes, my joys ups and downs and everything else!

It's going to be my diary I think of everything going on in my life. Nothing clever, just a diary I guess!?

I doubt if anyone will ever read this at all, which is odd really. I might as well write it in a book someone might say (thats kind of a paradox i guess) but if i write it in a book I waste paper and time trying to find a pen....

anyway yep thats it
